We recommend this product for rolling stock and stockpiling food as well as for the breakfast scene,
which tends to be short-staffed.
Personally, I recommend oyakodon, a bowl of rice topped with alpha-soft rice and this product, which is very tasty!

Two types of vegetable soups have been added to the LL Heatless Series,

Ajinomoto Frozen Foods Co., Ltd. visited our headquarters and Shonan Branch for a tasting study session.

Today, we will have a tasting and study session of our re-launched product, “Soft Stewed Cabbage Rolls with Sangwon Pork”, as well as
and existing products such as gyoza (dumplings), yakisuri (fried dumplings), and sweets.

We had announced the tasting and study session to our employees, and they attended the event with empty stomachs (lol).

　


●Dumpling
We started with a tasting of the dumplings.
We have four kinds of dumplings in stock, but in fact, each has its own characteristics.

・Yawaraka Yaki Gyoza (without garlic) (pre-cooked) 18.5g/10 pieces
・Bagged Yaki Gyoza 24 (without garlic) (egg and dairy free) 24g/10pcs.
・Meat dumplings (meat) (pre-baked and cooked) 17g/10pcs.
・Vegetable dumplings (grilled and cooked) in the bag on the stovetop (17g/10 pieces)
*”Yawaraka” means soft.
*”Yaki Gyoza” means grilled dumplings.

●Steamed meat dumpling
Next was a tasting of the steamed meat dumpling.
We tasted the well-known Yawaraka Tofu Shumai series.
Tofu and surimi are combined in this universal design food, which is classified as an “easily chewable” food.
In addition to plain tofu, there are four other types: spinach, pumpkin, and carrot.
The beautiful green, yellow, and orange colors are well received on event menus.
This time, we were taught how to cook this product in a steam convection oven by simply adding about 120 ml of water to the tray of this product and cooking it.
We were taught how to cook the product in a steam convection oven with 120ml of water, and compared it with the normally cooked shumai.
The result was obvious!

●Cabbage rolls
Next is the re-released “Soft Stewed Cabbage Rolls with Sangen Pork”.

It is now even easier to use and tastier, and has been re-released.

(1) The soup is thickened to make it easier to eat.
(2) Special broth softens the cabbage and makes it crispy.
(3) Steam convection oven cooking was granted.

Since it is a boiler pack, it will be souped and will help support the shortage of manpower!
We are planning to introduce 400g as a stock item from September and 700g as a made-to-order item.

●Sweets
When the stomachs are full, the last step is to sample the sweets.

Objective: To provide a place to experience welfare equipment at schools.

　　　　 and hands-on experience with welfare equipment
Date and Time: Tuesday, July 23, 10am-12pm
Location: The gymnasium of Kanagawa Prefectural Chigasaki Support School
People eligible for the event: School children and their parents, school staff,
　　　　　　　　　　　　　users from surrounding school-related offices, etc. (approx. 80 participants)
Event Details: Nursing care lift experience, Disaster prevention equipment on display,
　　　　　　Hands-on Learning Equipment and Exhibits, Exhibit of nursing food products,
　　　　　　ICT Equipment Experience, and Diaper display and consultation
Organizer: Kanagawa Prefectural Chigasaki Support School × Kanagawa Prefecture Comprehensive Rehabilitation Organization,
　　　　　and Community Rehabilitation Support Center

We participated in a trial session held at support schools in Kanagawa Prefecture on a rotating basis.
(The last time we participated was in 2017.)
We have been providing information and samples of our products for home care users to school children,
their parents, and other concerned parties.

Many of our customers regularly purchase retort pouch mixer meals from us,
and they appreciated that they never get bored with the many variations of the mixer meals.
At this event, everyone was particularly interested in FoodCare’s Suberakaze,
which is highly regarded by medical institutions and facilities.
Suberakaze, which can easily turn porridge into jelly porridge,
is not sticky and gives the rice a sweet taste.
Suberakaze does not change its physical properties over time,
making it a stable product that is enjoyed by customers.

These days, it is easy to prepare delicious disaster preparedness food sets from Alpha Foods at home.
These are also available for purchase through Heartful Food.
There was a lot of interest in these products as well.


We are also planning to participate in the Disaster Prevention Exhibition Festa
to be held at the same venue in September, and look forward to working with you again.

73 (Oronamin C) Day” was held at the Yokohama Head Office on July 3, 2024.
On the day of the event, Mrs. Nagaoka of Otsuka Pharmaceutical handed over a bottle of cold, delicious Oronamin C to us.

What is 73 (Oronamin C) Day?
The concept of this day is “a carbonated nutritional drink that tastes good anytime, anywhere, for both children and adults.
Since its launch in 1965, “Cheerful and Happiness! since its launch in 1965.
Oronamin C drink continues to be loved by many people across generations.
Oronamin C drink achieved cumulative domestic sales of 30 billion units in May 2011!
Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. established 73 (Oronamin C) Day in the hope of continuing to overflow Japan with “ vigor” in the future.
The date is based on the word Oronamin C numbered 7 and 3.
(In Japanese, the number 7 is pronounced “nana” and the number 3 is pronounced “san” or “mi”.
So, combining the pronunciation of the numbers 7 and 3, it is “73 (Nami)” day.)
